Eddie Huang, M.D.Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Eddie Huang earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his residency at the University of Southern California and a fellowship in lower extremity reconstruction at Scripps Clinic in San Diego.
In practice since 2007, Dr. Huang is Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. He specializes in total joint reconstruction with an emphasis on minimally invasive treatment of hip and knee arthritis and joint preservation techniques, including osteotomies and cartilage transplants. His primary clinical interests are general orthopedic surgery, surgical treatment of knee and hip arthritis, knee replacement, hip replacement, joint preservation and cartilage preservation.
Dr. Huang is described by his patients as attentive and caring. They rate him highly for his trustworthiness and his ability to explain conditions and answer questions in straightforward language that they can easily understand.
Dr. Huang is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth).
